Foothills Academy Named Top 10 Valley High School... Foothills Academy is proud to announce that it has been named as one of the Valley’s Top 10 High Schools by The Arizona Republic.  The rating was based on 2008 AIMS reading and math scores as well as class sizes, SAT scores, and special programs.
