REQUIREMENTS:
Those wishing to attend Foothills Academy should apply as soon as possible. A completed multi-part application is required. You can pick up an Enrollment Packet at our Administrative Office during regular school hours, call us at 480.488.5583 and have it mailed, or download it by clicking on either of the following links:

Although we do not screen prospective students on the basis of academic ability, all courses with grades below C must be remediated prior to enrollment.
Our intention is to serve all those wishing to attend. However, individual classes and grade levels are restricted in number to enhance the academic environment. If a specific class or grade level is already at full capacity, the applicant may elect to be included on a waiting list and be notified when space becomes available.
FEES:
Foothills Academy is a charter school and, therefore, does not charge tuition. In order to offer our students unique activities and programs throughout the school year, an annual Program Support Fee is requested. This helps us provide all those "extras" that make Foothills Academy the school you want for your child. That fee is $475 for all grade levels. Additional one-time fees may be required for field trips, special projects, and individual athletic team participation. Payment options are available. We rely on your 100% participation. TRANSPORTATION:
Students provide their own transportation to and from Foothills Academy. All students are encouraged to carpool. No parking is permitted on Ashler Hills Drive, Calle de las Estrellas, or Scottsdale Road. Improperly parked cars will be towed at the owner's expense no exceptions.
FOOD SERVICE:
Students may order lunch from several outside vendors. Orders are taken in advance and cash payment is required. Alternatively, students may pack a homemade lunch. Note that microwave ovens, refrigerators and vending machines are not available on campus.
